Connect your website form to a CRM so no enquiry is lost
A contact form that only sends email loses leads to full inboxes and slow replies. Connecting the form to a CRM assigns every enquiry, sets a follow-up and keeps the history. Here is how it works.

Most websites have a contact form that sends an email and nothing else. The email lands among newsletters, someone replies three days later, and the lead has already chosen a competitor. Connecting the form to a CRM fixes this with no change to how visitors use the site.
What happens after the visitor clicks send
- The website checks the form and sends an email to you, exactly as before.
- In the same moment, the website sends the full enquiry to your CRM over a signed, server-to-server connection. The visitor's browser never talks to the CRM and never sees any credentials.
- The CRM creates a lead with the name, contact details, service, budget, timeline and message, assigns it to a salesperson, and schedules a follow-up within 24 hours.
- The admin receives a confirmation email with a link to the lead.
In Acquiretech's own setup this takes about twenty seconds from form submission to a lead with a follow-up in the CRM.
Why this beats email alone
- Nothing is lost. Every enquiry has an owner and a due date.
- Context travels. The salesperson sees what the visitor asked for and where they came from.
- Managers see the funnel. How many leads this week, how many contacted, how many converted.
- Retries are safe. If the CRM is briefly unreachable, the email still sends and the CRM shows what needs attention, so nothing is duplicated or dropped.
What you need
- A website with a form, which can be an existing site.
- A CRM: your subscription CRM, or a self-hosted one we set up.
- Ten minutes to agree how leads should be assigned: in rotation, by service, or to one person.
What it costs
CRM integration starts at ₹10,000 and includes the secure connection, field mapping, assignment rules, follow-up scheduling, admin confirmation emails and testing with real submissions. Automation of follow-up messages is an add-on.
Frequently asked questions
Will visitors notice any difference?
No. The form looks and behaves the same. The difference is on your side: every enquiry is tracked.
Does it work with WordPress, Wix or Shopify forms?
Yes. The method differs by platform, but all of them can be connected to a CRM either directly or through a small relay that we host.
Can leads from Instagram and WhatsApp be captured too?
WhatsApp enquiries can be logged with a tap and Instagram lead forms can be connected. The website form is usually the first and highest-value integration.
