People hesitate to enquire because they do not know what happens next. Here is the full process, so you can see that it is simple, written down and designed to avoid surprises.
Step 1: Your enquiry, answered within hours
Send a short note through the website form or WhatsApp: what you want to improve, who it is for and a comfortable budget range. You do not need a technical specification. The enquiry lands in our CRM, is assigned immediately, and you get a reply with questions or a first recommendation, usually within a few hours.
Step 2: Scope and fixed price
After a short call or chat, you receive a written scope: pages or features, what you provide, what is excluded, timeline and a fixed price. For ongoing work with international teams, the scope is a block of hours at $20 USD per hour with priorities and a cap. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Step 3: Build with a live preview
Work begins after a deposit, usually half for small projects and milestone-based for larger ones. You get a live preview link within days and see progress as it happens. Changes within the agreed scope are made as we go; new ideas are noted for a later phase so the launch date holds.
Step 4: Launch in your accounts
Domain, hosting, CRM and every third-party account are created in your name. We set up HTTPS, Google Search Console, analytics, backups and the connection from your forms to your inbox and CRM. Final payment is on launch.
Step 5: Handover and support
You receive the source code, access details and a plain-language guide. A handover call shows you how to make basic updates. Support after launch is available at the hourly rate or as a small monthly plan, and you are never locked in.
